1.學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介

中國(guó)石油大學(xué)（北京）一校兩地（北京、克拉瑪依），北京校本部坐落在北京市昌平區(qū)，克拉瑪依校區(qū)位于新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)克拉瑪依市。學(xué)校是教育部直屬全國(guó)重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，先后進(jìn)入國(guó)家“211工程”和“雙一流”建設(shè)高校行列，建校以來，為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)了三十余萬名優(yōu)秀專門人才，被譽(yù)為“石油人才的搖籃”。2020年7月和2023年5月，習(xí)近平總書記先后給學(xué)校克拉瑪依校區(qū)畢業(yè)生和中亞留學(xué)生回信，體現(xiàn)了對(duì)學(xué)校辦學(xué)追求、成效和貢獻(xiàn)的充分肯定。

1. Introduction to CUPK

China University of Petroleum-Beijing (CUPB) currently possesses two active campuses: the main campus in Changping District, Beijing, and the Karamay campus (CUPK) in Karamay City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. CUPK serves as an extension of CUPB and is a comprehensive research university directly administered by the Ministry of Education of China. Recognized as a key national university, CUPB is part of China’s “Project 211” and the “Double First-Class” initiative. Since its establishment, the university has trained over 300,000 highly skilled professionals, earning the reputation of the “Cradle of Petroleum Talents.” In July 2020 and May 2023, President Xi Jinping replied to letters from graduates and international students from Central Asian countries at CUPK, affirming our university’s academic mission and inspiring us to pursue greater achievements.

學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有石油與天然氣工程、地質(zhì)資源與地質(zhì)工程2個(gè)國(guó)家“雙一流”學(xué)科，工程學(xué)、化學(xué)、地球科學(xué)、材料科學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、環(huán)境與生態(tài)學(xué)、社會(huì)科學(xué)總論、數(shù)學(xué)8個(gè)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域ESI排名全球前1%，其中工程學(xué)、化學(xué)、地球科學(xué)進(jìn)入1‰；現(xiàn)有14個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士點(diǎn)，22個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)，13個(gè)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位類別。克拉瑪依校區(qū)傳承學(xué)校70余年的深厚辦學(xué)積淀，立足地處石油石化產(chǎn)業(yè)基地的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)，以“高層次、應(yīng)用型、國(guó)際化”為人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，現(xiàn)有本科專業(yè)26個(gè)、碩士研究生學(xué)科專業(yè)19個(gè)、博士研究生學(xué)科專業(yè)11個(gè)；現(xiàn)有在校本科生8500余人、碩士研究生700余人、博士研究生60余人。

CUPK currently offers two national “Double First-class” initiative disciplines in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, and Geological Resources and Geological Engineering. It also ranks in the top 1% globally in eight subject areas in the ESI (Essential Science Indicators), including Engineering, Chemistry, Geoscience, Materials Science, Computer Science, Environment and Ecology, General Social Science, Mathematics. Among them, Engineering, Chemistry, and Geosciences have ranked among the top 1‰.The university currently offers 14 first-level discipline doctoral programs, 22 first-level discipline master’s programs, and 13 professional master’s degree programs. Following seventy years’ tradition of CUP and enjoying its geographical advantage of being at the oil and petrochemical industrial base, Karamay Campus is committed to cultivating high quality, application-oriented talents with international horizon and competence. At present, CUPK offers 26 bachelor’s programs, 19 master’s programs and 11 doctoral programs, enrolling about 8,500 undergraduates, 700 master’s students and 60 doctoral students.

校區(qū)現(xiàn)有教職工771人，其中專任教師593人。全職引進(jìn)中科院院士1人，有國(guó)家級(jí)領(lǐng)軍人才7人，國(guó)家級(jí)青年英才2人，國(guó)家、自治區(qū)等各類人才項(xiàng)目稱號(hào)達(dá)到128人次。現(xiàn)有碩士研究生指導(dǎo)教師104人，博士研究生指導(dǎo)教師26人。

CUPK currently has 771 faculty and staff members, including 593 full-time professors and lecturers. One full-time academician from the Chinese Academy of Sciences has been recruited. There are 7 National Leading Talents, 2 National Young Talents, and a total of 128 recipients of various national and regional talent program titles. Currently, the university boasts a team of 104 master’s supervisors and 26 doctoral supervisors.

校區(qū)擁有建筑面積近5萬平米的“湖景”圖書館，3座學(xué)生餐廳，1座多功能的現(xiàn)代化體育館及多個(gè)室外運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)所，留學(xué)生公寓配有獨(dú)立衛(wèi)浴間、地暖、電視、空調(diào)以及完善的家具設(shè)施，為學(xué)生提供全方位的學(xué)習(xí)和生活服務(wù)。

CUPK has a lake-view library of 50,000 square meters, three dining halls, one multifunctional recreational center, and multiple sports fields. The international student dormitories are equipped with private bathrooms, floor-heating system, television, air conditioning, and well equipped furniture and facilities, providing students with comprehensive services for their learning and daily life.

校區(qū)所處的克拉瑪依市是世界著名的石油城，是一座經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮、安全宜居的現(xiàn)代化新型工業(yè)城市，環(huán)境優(yōu)美，交通便利。克拉瑪依市旅游資源豐富，擁有“中國(guó)最瑰麗的雅丹”和“中國(guó)最值得外國(guó)人去的50個(gè)地方之一”——世界魔鬼城、“中國(guó)最美公路”——獨(dú)庫公路、世界地質(zhì)奇觀——黑油山等景點(diǎn)，讓人們?cè)陲栍[戈壁美景、石油工業(yè)奇觀之余，感受著現(xiàn)代城市迷人的魅力。

Karamay City, where the campus is located, is a world-famous oil city with beautiful surroundings and convenient transportation. It is a modern new industrial city that is economically prosperous, safe and livable. Karamay is a popular tourist destination, featured by the splendid Yardang Landform National Geopark, the Scenic Area of World Ghost Town of Karamay rated as “One of the top 50 Must-Visit Places for Foreigners in China”, Dushanzi-Kuqa Highway named as the “Most Beautiful Highway in China”, and the Black Oil Mountain, a world geologic treasure, etc. Visitors are enchanted by the beauty of Gobi deserts, awed by the splendor of the oil industry, and mesmerized by the charm of this modern city.

CUPK recruits international graduate students for Master’s programs from various countries, whose enrollment majors, language of instruction, and normative study period are listed in the table below:

3.申請(qǐng)條件

（1）非中國(guó)籍公民，身心健康，能滿足在校正常學(xué)習(xí)和生活。

（2）年齡不超過35歲且具有本科及以上學(xué)歷。

（3）漢語授課要求為HSK 五級(jí)≥180分；英語授課的專業(yè)要求母語/官方語言為英語，如果申請(qǐng)人來自母語/官方語言為非英語的國(guó)家，須達(dá)到雅思 6.5、托福 80 或托福 Essentials≥9 分 (DICode: C806)考試成績(jī)，或提供兩年以上英文授課證明材料。

（4）報(bào)考翻譯專業(yè)的申請(qǐng)者，要求本科為英語類專業(yè)，且HSK五級(jí)≥180。

（5）對(duì)華態(tài)度友好，遵紀(jì)守法，無犯罪記錄。

3. Eligibility

(1) Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens with good physical and mental health for studying and living at CUPK.

(2) Applicants’ age should not exceed 35 with a bachelor’s degree or above.

(3) For programs taught in Chinese, applicants are required to have a minimum HSK Level 5 score of 180. For programs taught in English, the applicant’s native language or the official language of their country should be English. If the applicant is from a country where English is not the native/official language, they must provide an IELTS score of 6.5, a TOEFL score of 80, or a TOEFL Essentials score of at least 9 (DI Code: C806). Alternatively, they may submit proof of having completed two or more years of education in English.

(4) Applicants for the translation major are required to have an undergraduate major in English-related fields and obtain a score of no less than 180 in HSK Level 5.

(5) Applicants should be friendly to China, law-abiding, and have no criminal record.

4.申請(qǐng)流程

（1）在線申請(qǐng)

申請(qǐng)人登錄中國(guó)石油大學(xué)（北京）克拉瑪依校區(qū)來華留學(xué)生在線申請(qǐng)系統(tǒng)（http://cupk.chiwest.cn），注冊(cè)賬號(hào)后在線提交申請(qǐng)。

※一個(gè)電子郵件地址只能注冊(cè)一個(gè)申請(qǐng)賬號(hào)，不接受紙質(zhì)材料或郵件申請(qǐng)。

4. Application Procedures

（1）Online Application

Applications are to be made online. Create your account in the Online Application System for International Students of China University of Petroleum-Beijing at Karamay(http://cupk.chiwest.cn). Complete the application form and upload the required documents during the application period.

※One email address can only be used to register one application account. Paper applications or applications sent via email will not be accepted.

※申請(qǐng)材料為翻譯件的需經(jīng)公證后提交。

※資信證明：自費(fèi)碩士研究生的資信證明總額度需在47000 元（中文授課項(xiàng)目），50000 元（英文授課項(xiàng)目）。要求其本人賬戶存款存入相應(yīng)金額至少1個(gè)月以上，如是他人賬戶，需提供申請(qǐng)人與賬戶所有人關(guān)系證明，經(jīng)當(dāng)?shù)毓C后到當(dāng)?shù)刂袊?guó)駐外使領(lǐng)館進(jìn)行認(rèn)證后同時(shí)提交。

（2）The Applicants are required to submit the following materials through online application process:

① Photocopy of your Passport Biographical Page

② Scanned copies of all China visa pages (For those with a history of travel and residence in China, scanned copies of all visa pages and entry and exit records are required)

③ Bachelor’s degree Diploma and a translated copy in Chinese or English. (If you have not graduated yet, please get in touch with your current school to provide a testimonial of expected graduation and hand in the Bachelor’s Degree Diploma and the translated copy in Chinese or English at your enrollment to the university.)

④ Official undergraduate transcripts and translated copies in Chinese or English.

⑤ Language Proficiency Certificate (e.g., HSK Level 5 score report, IELTS or TOEFL score report, etc.)

⑥ Non-Criminal Record Certificate

⑦ Two letters of recommendation. (The referees should be professors or associate professors.)

⑧ Supervisor Acceptance Letter. (download the form from the system, fill in personal information, and contact the supervisor via e-mail to complete the acceptance section. Simultaneously, copy the email to the International Students Office at international-karamay@cupk.edu.cn. If there is no intended supervisor at the time of application, the supervisor acceptance letter may be submitted later.

※Translated application materials shall be notarized before submission.

※ Financial support statement: For self-funded master’s students, they need to provide bank statement/bank saving statement within the last one month with a closing balance that demonstrates the guaranteed amount of over 47,000 RMB for Chinese-taught programs, and 50,000 RMB for English-taught programs. If the account belongs to someone else, the applicant must provide proof of their relationship with the account holder. This document must be notarized locally and authenticated by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in the applicant’s country, and both documents must be submitted together.

（3）面試

通過材料初審的申請(qǐng)者進(jìn)入面試環(huán)節(jié)。面試時(shí)間視報(bào)名情況分批次進(jìn)行，各批次具體面試時(shí)間、方式以郵件形式通知。

（3）Interview

Applicants who have passed the initial review of application materials will enter the interview stage thereafter. The specific schedule and format of interview will be notified via email.

5.錄取及報(bào)到

我校根據(jù)面試結(jié)果，綜合考慮申請(qǐng)者情況，擇優(yōu)錄取。被錄取考生持錄取通知書及所有申請(qǐng)材料原件報(bào)到，報(bào)到日期以錄取通知書為準(zhǔn)。

5. Admission and Registration

CUPK will make admission decisions based on the results of the interview, taking into comprehensive consideration the applicant’s overall profile. Admitted students shall register with the Letter of Acceptance and original copies of all application documents. The registration date will be specified in the Letter of Acceptance.

6.收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

（1）報(bào)名費(fèi)：400元人民幣。

（2）學(xué)費(fèi)：25000元人民幣/年（中文授課）、28000元人民幣/年（英文授課）。

（3）住宿費(fèi)：9000元人民幣/年/人（雙人間、獨(dú)立衛(wèi)?。?。

（4）綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)：800元人民幣/年。

6. Fees

International students should pay the following fees:

(1) Application fee: 400 RMB.

(2) Tuition: 25,000 RMB/year(instruction language in Chinese); 28,000 RMB/year (instruction language in English).

(3) Accommodation: 9000 RMB/year/person (twin room with bathroom).

(4) Insurance: 800 RMB/year.

7.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

自治區(qū)人民政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：免交學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)（雙人間）、綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，提供生活補(bǔ)助費(fèi)人民幣1220元/月（按10個(gè)月發(fā)放）。

符合條件且有意申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金者，在申請(qǐng)系統(tǒng)下載并以中文或英文填寫《來華留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》。

※獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金實(shí)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理，年度評(píng)審合格方可獲得下一年度獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

7. Scholarship

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Government Scholarship:

l Tuition fees waived

l Accommodation fees (twin room) waived

l Comprehensive medical insurance fees waived

l Monthly living allowance of 1,220 RMB (ten months per year)

Degree-seeking students are eligible to apply for the scholarship，and those who meet the requirements and intend to apply for a scholarship can fill in “The Application Form for Admission (Scholarship) for International Students” in Chinese or English.

※ Scholarship is subject to strict evaluation. Only those who pass the year-end evaluation can be awarded the following year’s scholarship.
