游振江，教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，國家級高層次人才
2003年 獲得浙江大學(xué)流體力學(xué)博士學(xué)位
2004～2024年先后在澳大利亞弗林德斯大學(xué)、阿德萊德大學(xué)、昆士蘭大學(xué)、伊迪斯科文大學(xué)擔(dān)任博士后、研究員、高級研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師等職位
2024年至今在中國石油大學(xué)（北京）克拉瑪依校區(qū)工作，從事與流體運(yùn)動(dòng)相關(guān)的理論與應(yīng)用研究。
研究方向包括：常規(guī)與非常規(guī)油氣藏滲流理論，多相流數(shù)學(xué)物理模型與解析解，油、氣、地下水流動(dòng)數(shù)值模擬，油氣藏及地?zé)醿?chǔ)層中顆粒運(yùn)移規(guī)律與儲(chǔ)層傷害，非常規(guī)及致密油氣提高采收率與產(chǎn)能評價(jià)，碳捕集、利用與封存，地下儲(chǔ)氫等。承擔(dān)國際縱向及企業(yè)合作項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng)。擔(dān)任7本國際期刊副主編或編委，3本國際期刊客座編委，澳、亞等國家自然基金評委。發(fā)表國際學(xué)術(shù)論文200余篇，多數(shù)被SCI/EI收錄。授權(quán)發(fā)明專利6項(xiàng)。兼任兩個(gè)“111”引智基地專家，入選全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家，榮獲天然氣科學(xué)與工程“杰出科學(xué)家”獎(jiǎng)。講授課程包括油藏工程、油藏模擬、滲流力學(xué)、采油工程、試井分析等。
游振江教授課題組招收博士/碩士研究生和博士后，歡迎石油與天然氣工程、滲流力學(xué)方向，以及交叉學(xué)科（化工/巖土/礦業(yè)/機(jī)械/能源/環(huán)境工程類，計(jì)算機(jī)類，流體力學(xué)，巖石/固體力學(xué)，油氣地質(zhì)，油田化學(xué)，應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)，統(tǒng)計(jì)物理等）背景的研究人員加入團(tuán)隊(duì)。

Zhenjiang You is a Professor and PhD supervisor within the School of Petroleum, CUPK. He holds a PhD in Fluid Mechanics, from Zhejiang University. He conducts research on mathematical modelling, numerical simulation and experimental study of flows in porous media, and their applications in petroleum/chemical/mechanical/mining/civil engineering, energy, environment and water resources. Professor You develops new theories and models for colloidal/suspension transport in porous media, innovative technologies for enhanced gas/oil production, CCUS/UHS, and applicable tools for reservoir engineering, production engineering, geothermal industry, and energy storage. He has received research funding support from a range of international organisations and companies. He collaborates with researchers worldwide, such as China, Australia, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Russia, USA, Brazil and Iran. He has authored four book chapters published by Elsevier and Springer, more than 200 scientific papers in international academic journals and leading conferences, and six patents. He serves as an Associate Editor or Editorial Board Member for seven international journals, and Guest Editor for three international journals. He has been included in the list of World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford/Elsevier, and a receiver of Gas Science and Engineering 2024 Distinguished Scientist Awards.
Professor You’s teaching contributions include Reservoir Engineering, Well Test Analysis, Reservoir Simulation, Production Engineering, Field Design Project, Mathematical Modelling and Fluid Mechanics for Petroleum Engineers, Formation Damage, Enhanced Oil and Gas Recovery, Unconventional Resources and Recovery, etc.
Professor You’s team is recruiting PhD/Master students and Postdoctoral researchers, to join ongoing projects in areas such as enhanced oil and gas recovery, underground gas storage, and related fields. Researchers with multidisciplinary background are welcome, including those with expertise in chemical, mining, civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental engineering, computer programming, fluid and rock mechanics, petroleum geology, oilfield chemistry, applied mathematics, or physics.
