劉歡，男，漢族，中共黨員，工學(xué)博士。2022年10月博士畢業(yè)于東北大學(xué)巖土工程專業(yè)。2023年2月入職中國石油大學(xué)（北京）克拉瑪依校區(qū)，現(xiàn)為工學(xué)院儲運系講師。主要從事油氣地下儲存、油氣管道工程地質(zhì)災(zāi)害方面的研究工作。
