一、學(xué)校簡介
中國石油大學(xué)（北京）一校兩地（北京、克拉瑪依），北京校本部坐落在北京市昌平區(qū)，克拉瑪依校區(qū)位于新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)克拉瑪依市。學(xué)校是教育部直屬全國重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，先后進(jìn)入國家“211工程”和“雙一流”建設(shè)高校行列，建校以來，為國家培養(yǎng)了三十余萬名優(yōu)秀專門人才，被譽(yù)為“石油人才的搖籃”。2020年7月和2023年5月，習(xí)近平總書記先后給學(xué)校克拉瑪依校區(qū)畢業(yè)生和中亞留學(xué)生回信，體現(xiàn)了對學(xué)校辦學(xué)追求、成效和貢獻(xiàn)的充分肯定。
1. Introduction to CUPK
China University of Petroleum-Beijing (CUPB) currently possesses two active campuses: the main campus in Changping District, Beijing, and the Karamay campus (CUPK) in Karamay City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. CUPK serves as an extension of CUPB and is a comprehensive research university directly administered by the Ministry of Education of China. Recognized as a key national university, CUPB is part of China’s “Project 211” and the “Double First-Class” initiative. Since its establishment, the university has trained over 300,000 highly skilled professionals, earning the reputation of the “Cradle of Petroleum Talents.” In July 2020 and May 2023, President Xi Jinping replied to letters from graduates and international students from Central Asian countries at CUPK, affirming our university’s academic mission and inspiring us to pursue greater achievements.

CUPK currently offers two national “Double First-class” initiative disciplines in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, and Geological Resources and Geological Engineering. It also ranks in the top 1% globally in eight subject areas in the ESI (Essential Science Indicators), including Engineering, Chemistry, Geoscience, Materials Science, Computer Science, Environment and Ecology, General Social Science, Mathematics. Among them, Engineering, Chemistry, and Geosciences have ranked among the top 1‰. Following seventy years’ tradition of CUP and enjoying its geographical advantage of being at the oil and petrochemical industrial base, Karamay Campus is committed to cultivating high quality, application-oriented talents with international horizon and competence. At present, CUPK offers 26 bachelor’s programs, 19 master’s programs and 11 doctoral programs, enrolling about 8,500 undergraduates, 700 master’s students and 60 doctoral students.
校區(qū)現(xiàn)有教職工771人，其中專任教師593人。全職引進(jìn)中科院院士1人，有國家級領(lǐng)軍人才7人，國家級青年英才2人，國家、自治區(qū)等各類人才項目稱號達(dá)到128人次?，F(xiàn)有碩士研究生指導(dǎo)教師104人，博士研究生指導(dǎo)教師26人。
CUPK currently has 771 faculty and staff members, including 593 full-time professors and lecturers. One full-time academician from the Chinese Academy of Sciences has been recruited. There are 7 National Leading Talents, 2 National Young Talents, and a total of 128 recipients of various national and regional talent program titles. Currently, the university boasts a team of 104 master’s supervisors and 26 doctoral supervisors.
校區(qū)擁有建筑面積近5萬平米的“湖景”圖書館，3座學(xué)生餐廳，1座多功能的現(xiàn)代化體育館及多個室外運(yùn)動場所，留學(xué)生公寓配有獨(dú)立衛(wèi)浴間、地暖、電視、空調(diào)以及完善的家具設(shè)施，為學(xué)生提供全方位的學(xué)習(xí)和生活服務(wù)。
CUPK has a lake-view library of 50,000 square meters, three dining halls, one multifunctional recreational center, and multiple sports fields. The international student dormitories are equipped with private bathrooms, floor-heating system, television, air conditioning, and well equipped furniture and facilities, providing students with comprehensive services for their learning and daily life.
校區(qū)所處的克拉瑪依市是世界著名的石油城，是一座經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮、安全宜居的現(xiàn)代化新型工業(yè)城市，環(huán)境優(yōu)美，交通便利?？死斠朗新糜钨Y源豐富，擁有“中國最瑰麗的雅丹”和“中國最值得外國人去的50個地方之一”——世界魔鬼城、“中國最美公路”——獨(dú)庫公路、世界地質(zhì)奇觀——黑油山等景點(diǎn)，讓人們在飽覽戈壁美景、石油工業(yè)奇觀之余，感受著現(xiàn)代城市迷人的魅力。
Karamay City, where the campus is located, is a world-famous oil city with beautiful surroundings and convenient transportation. It is a modern new industrial city that is economically prosperous, safe and livable. Karamay is a popular tourist destination, featured by the splendid Yardang Landform National Geopark, the Scenic Area of World Ghost Town of Karamay rated as “One of the top 50 Must-Visit Places for Foreigners in China”, Dushanzi-Kuqa Highway named as the “Most Beautiful Highway in China”, and the Black Oil Mountain, a world geologic treasure, etc. Visitors are enchanted by the beauty of Gobi deserts, awed by the splendor of the oil industry, and mesmerized by the charm of this modern city.
二、招生項目
2.Admission Programs
校區(qū)面向各國招收學(xué)歷生（本科生）和非學(xué)歷生（漢語進(jìn)修生/預(yù)科生）。
CUPK recruits undergraduate students and non-degree students (Chinese language learners / preparatory students) from countries around the world.
1. 非學(xué)歷項目（漢語進(jìn)修生/預(yù)科生）
(1) Non-degree courses (Chinese language students, preparatory students)
（1）學(xué)習(xí)年限：1-2年。
（2）項目介紹：本項目旨在提高來華留學(xué)生的日常漢語應(yīng)用能力和學(xué)術(shù)漢語理解能力，幫助來華留學(xué)生深入了解中國文化，提高利用漢語交往和工作的綜合能力。
（3）具體目標(biāo)：漢語零基礎(chǔ)學(xué)生，經(jīng)過一年的學(xué)習(xí)，達(dá)到HSK四級180分以上水平，可申請進(jìn)入校區(qū)本科專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)。
Normative study period: 1-2 years
Overview:This program is specifically designed for international students, aiming to improve their application ability of daily Chinese and their ability to understand academic Chinese, and to help international students deeply understand Chinese culture, master the essentials of communication with Chinese people, and improve the comprehensive ability to communicate with Chinese people and work in China.
Specific goals: Students who go from zero in Chinese to a score of above 180 on the new HSK Band 4 after one year of Chinese language study can take undergraduate courses taught in Chinese.

三、申請條件
1.非中國籍公民，身心健康，能滿足在校正常學(xué)習(xí)和生活。
2.申請本科項目者年齡不超過25歲。
3.高中畢業(yè)，獲得高中及以上學(xué)歷學(xué)位證明。
4.中文授課項目要求漢語水平達(dá)到HSK四級180分以上，錄取時HSK成績不達(dá)標(biāo)者，到校后應(yīng)進(jìn)行一學(xué)年漢語學(xué)習(xí)，經(jīng)考核合格后方可申請進(jìn)入本科專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)；英語授課項目要求母語/官方語言為英語，如果申請人來自母語/官方語言為非英語的國家，須達(dá)到雅思6.0、托福75或托福Essentials≥8分 (DI Code: C806)考試成績，或提供兩年以上英文授課證明材料。
5.對華態(tài)度友好，遵紀(jì)守法，無犯罪記錄。
3. Eligibility
(1) Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens with good physical and mental health for studying and living at our university.
(2) Applicants for undergraduate programs should not exceed 25．.
(3) Applicants must have completed high school education and hold a high school diploma or higher academic qualification.
(4) For programs taught in Chinese, applicants are required to have a minimum HSK Level 4 score of 180. Those who do not meet the HSK requirement at the time of admission are suggested to apply for one academic year of Chinese language study program upon arrival at the university. They may apply to begin their undergraduate major studies after passing the required assessment. For programs taught in English, the applicant’s native language or the official language of their country should be English. If the applicant is from a country where English is not the native/official language, they must provide an IELTS score of 6.0, a TOEFL score of 75, or a TOELF Essentials score of at least 8 (DI Code: C806).Alternatively, they may submit proof of having completed two or more years of education in English.
(5) Applicants should be friendly to China, law-abiding, and have no criminal record.

※一個電子郵件地址只能注冊一個申請賬號，不接受紙質(zhì)材料或郵件申請。

Applications are to be made online. Create your account in the Online Application System for International Students of China University of Petroleum-Beijing at Karamay (http://cupk.chiwest.cn).Complete the application form and upload the required documents during the application period.
※One email address can only be used to register one application account. Paper applications or applications sent via email will not be accepted.

※申請材料為翻譯件的需經(jīng)公證后提交。
※資信證明：自費(fèi)學(xué)生的資信證明總額度需在25000元人民幣以上，要求其本人賬戶存款存入相應(yīng)金額至少1個月以上，如是他人賬戶，需提供申請人與賬戶所有人關(guān)系證明，經(jīng)當(dāng)?shù)毓C后到當(dāng)?shù)刂袊v外使領(lǐng)館進(jìn)行認(rèn)證后同時提交。
（2）The Applicants are required to submit the following materials through online application process:
① Photocopy of your Passport Biographical Page
② Scanned copies of all China visa pages (For those with a history of travel and residence in China, scanned copies of all visa pages and entry and exit records are required)
③ High School Diploma and a translated copy in Chinese or English. (If you have not graduated yet, please get in touch with your current school to provide a testimonial of expected graduation and hand in the High School Diploma and the translated copy in Chinese or English at your enrollment to the university.)
④ Official transcripts of your grades in high school and translated copies in Chinese or English
⑤Language Proficiency Certificate (HSK transcripts, other language proficiency certificate, etc., not required for Chinese language students and preparatory students)

Documents Required for International Freshmen: 1-9; Documents Required for Domestic Transfer Students: 1-11.
※Translated application materials shall be notarized before submission.
※Financial support statement: For students who will undertake the total cost of the tuition, boarding and living expenses, they need to provide bank statement/bank saving statement within the last one month with a closing balance that demonstrates the guaranteed amount of over 25,000 RMB. If the account belongs to someone else, a proof of relationship with the applicant should be presented after the proof has been notarized at the applicant’s country and authorized by the Chinese Consulate in that area.
3.面試與學(xué)業(yè)能力測試
通過材料初審的申請者進(jìn)入面試和學(xué)業(yè)能力測試環(huán)節(jié)。具體面試和學(xué)業(yè)能力測試時間、方式以郵件形式通知。

（3）Interview and Academic Ability Test
Applicants who pass the initial review of application materials will proceed to the interview and academic aptitude test. The specific schedule and format of these assessments will be notified via email.
※ Application deadline is June 30, 2025.
五、錄取及報到
我校根據(jù)面試和學(xué)業(yè)能力測試結(jié)果，綜合考慮申請者情況，擇優(yōu)錄取。被錄取考生持錄取通知書及所有申請材料原件報到，報到日期以錄取通知書為準(zhǔn)。
5. Admission and Registration
CUPK will make admission decisions based on the results of the interview and academic aptitude test, taking into comprehensive consideration the applicant’s overall profile. Admitted students shall register with the Letter of Acceptance and original copies of all application documents. The registration date will be specified in the Letter of Acceptance.
六、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
1.報名費(fèi)：400元人民幣。
2.漢語進(jìn)修生/預(yù)科生學(xué)費(fèi)：15000元人民幣/年。
3.本科生學(xué)費(fèi)：20000元人民幣/年（中文授課）；23000元人民幣/年（英文授課）。
4.住宿費(fèi)：9000元人民幣/年/人（雙人間、獨(dú)立衛(wèi)?。?/span>
5.綜合醫(yī)療保險費(fèi)：800元人民幣/年。
6. Fees
International students should pay the following fees:
(1) Application fee: 400 RMB.
(2) Tuition for Non-degree programs/Preparatory Chinese language: 15,000 RMB/year.
(3) Undergraduate program: 20,000 RMB/year (instruction language in Chinese); 23000 RMB/year (instruction language in English).
(4) Accommodation: 9000 RMB/year/person (Twin room with bath).
(5) Insurance: 800 RMB/year.
七、獎學(xué)金
自治區(qū)人民政府獎學(xué)金/克拉瑪依市政府獎學(xué)金：免交學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、綜合醫(yī)療保險費(fèi)，提供生活補(bǔ)助費(fèi)1000元/月（按10個月發(fā)放）。
學(xué)歷生可申請獎學(xué)金，符合條件且有意申請獎學(xué)金者，在申請系統(tǒng)下載并以中文或英文填寫《來華留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金申請表》。學(xué)歷生漢語預(yù)科期間獎學(xué)金生活補(bǔ)貼按照70%發(fā)放，確認(rèn)入學(xué)為我校本科生后補(bǔ)發(fā)剩余獎學(xué)金。
※獎學(xué)金實行動態(tài)管理，年度評審合格方可獲得下一年度獎學(xué)金。
7. Scholarship
Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Government Scholarship/ Karamay Government Scholarship:
· Tuition fees waived
· Accommodation fees waived
· Comprehensive medical insurance fees waived
· Monthly living allowance of 1,000 RMB (disbursed over 10 months)
Degree-seeking students are eligible to apply for the scholarship，and those who meet the requirements and intend to apply for a scholarship can fill in “The Application Form for Admission (Scholarship) for International Students” in Chinese or English. During the Chinese preparatory program, degree-seeking students will receive 70% of the scholarship living allowance. The remaining scholarship will be paid after they are confirmed as undergraduate students at our university.
※ Scholarship is subject to strict evaluation. Applicants who pass the year-end evaluation can be awarded the following year’s scholarship.
