一、學校簡介
1. Introduction to CUPK
中國石油大學（北京）一校兩地（北京、克拉瑪依），北京校本部坐落在北京市昌平區(qū)，克拉瑪依校區(qū)位于新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)克拉瑪依市。學校是教育部直屬全國重點大學，先后進入國家“211工程”和“雙一流”建設高校行列，建校以來，為國家培養(yǎng)了三十余萬名優(yōu)秀專門人才，被譽為“石油人才的搖籃”。2020年7月和2023年5月，習近平總書記先后給學?？死斠佬^(qū)畢業(yè)生和中亞留學生回信，體現(xiàn)了對學校辦學追求、成效和貢獻的充分肯定。
China University of Petroleum (Beijing) currently possesses two active campuses (Beijing and Karamay). The main campus (CUP) is located in Changping District in Beijing and the Karamay campus (CUPK), a new extension of CUP is located in Karamay City, Xinjiang Uyhur Autonomous Region. CUP is a comprehensive research university that is directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education of China. As a key university registered in China’s “Project 211” and listed in the “Double First-Class” Project, it is known as the “Cradle of Petroleum Talents” for cultivating over 300,000 excellent professionals. In July 2020 and May 2023, President Xi Jinping replied to letters from graduates who studied at CUPK and Central Asian students at CUP, which affirms our university’s orientation and aspires us to strive for higher goals.
學?，F(xiàn)有石油與天然氣工程、地質(zhì)資源與地質(zhì)工程2個國家“雙一流”學科，工程學、化學、地球科學、材料科學、計算機科學、環(huán)境與生態(tài)學、社會科學總論、數(shù)學8個學科領域ESI排名全球前1%，其中工程學、化學、地球科學進入1‰?？死斠佬^(qū)傳承學校70年的深厚辦學積淀，立足地處石油石化產(chǎn)業(yè)基地的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，以“高層次、應用型、國際化”為人才培養(yǎng)目標，現(xiàn)有本科專業(yè)24個，覆蓋工學、理學、經(jīng)濟學、管理學、文學、法學6個學科門類；有5個一級學科博士點，4個一級學科碩士點，11個碩士專業(yè)學位類別；現(xiàn)有在校本科生7000余人，研究生近500人。
Two disciplines of CUP, respectively, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, and Geological Resources and Geological Engineering, have been listed among the national plan of Double First-class initiative disciplines development list. Eight disciplines, respectively, Engineering, Chemistry, Geoscience, Materials Science, Computer Science, Environment and Ecology, General Social Science, Mathematics, have been globally ranked top 1% on ESI. Following seventy years’ tradition of CUP and enjoying its geographical advantage of being at the oil and petrochemical industrial base, Karamay Campus is committed to cultivating high quality, application-oriented engineering talents with international horizon and competence. With six disciplinary categories, namely engineering, science, economics, management, literature, and law, under its administration, CUPK offers 24 bachelor’s programs, 11 master’s programs, five first-level disciplines for doctoral degree granting, and four first-level disciplines for master’s degree granting, enrolling about 7,000 undergraduates and 500 postgraduates.
校區(qū)擁有建筑面積近5萬平米的“湖景”圖書館，3座學生餐廳，1座多功能的現(xiàn)代化體育館及多個室外運動場所，留學生公寓配有獨立衛(wèi)浴間、地暖、電視、空調(diào)以及完善的家具設施，為學生提供全方位的學習和生活服務。
Karamay campus has a lake-view library of 50,000 square meters, three dining halls, one multifunctional recreational center, and multiple sports fields. The apartment building for the international students is equipped with twin-rooms with bath, floor heating, TV, AC, and furniture.
校區(qū)所處的克拉瑪依市是世界著名的石油城，是一座經(jīng)濟繁榮、安全宜居的現(xiàn)代化新型工業(yè)城市，環(huán)境優(yōu)美，交通便利?？死斠朗新糜钨Y源豐富，擁有“中國最瑰麗的雅丹”和“中國最值得外國人去的50個地方之一”——世界魔鬼城、“中國最美公路”——獨庫公路、世界地質(zhì)奇觀——黑油山等景點，讓人們在飽覽戈壁美景、石油工業(yè)奇觀之余，感受著現(xiàn)代城市迷人的魅力。
Karamay City, where the campus is located, is a world-famous oil city with beautiful surroundings and convenient transportation and is a modern industrial city with a booming economy and stable society. Karamay is a popular tourist destination, featured by the splendid Yardang Landform National Geopark, the World Devil City rated as one of the top 50 places for foreigners to visit in China, the Duku Highway named as the most beautiful highway in China, and the Black Oil Mountain, a world geologic treasure, etc. Visitors are enchanted by the beauty of Gobi deserts, awed by the splendor of the oil industry, and mesmerized by the charm of the modern city. 二、招生項目
2. Majors and Programs
校區(qū)面向各國招收學歷生（本科生）和非學歷生（漢語進修生/預科生）。
International students can choose among the following programs:
1.非學歷項目（漢語進修生/預科生）
(1) Non-degree courses (Chinese language students, preparatory students)
（1）學習年限：1-2年。
（2）項目介紹：本項目旨在提高來華留學生的日常漢語應用能力和學術漢語理解能力，幫助來華留學生深入了解中國文化，提高利用漢語交往和工作的綜合能力。
（3）具體目標：漢語零基礎學生，經(jīng)過一年的學習，達到HSK四級180分以上水平，可申請進入校區(qū)本科專業(yè)學習。
Duration: 1-2 years
Overview: This program is specifically designed for international students, aiming to improve their application ability of daily Chinese and their ability to understand academic Chinese, and to help international students deeply understand Chinese culture, master the essentials of communication with Chinese people, and improve the comprehensive ability to communicate with Chinese people and work in China.
Specific goals: students who go from zero in Chinese to a score of above 180 on the new HSK Band 4 after one year of Chinese language study can take undergraduate courses taught in Chinese.

三、申請條件
3. Admission Eligibility and Qualifications
1.非中國籍公民，身心健康，能滿足在校正常學習和生活。
2.高中畢業(yè)，獲得高中及以上學歷學位證明。
3.申請本科學歷項目者，漢語水平應達到HSK四級180分以上，錄取時HSK成績不達標者，到校后應進行一學年漢語學習，經(jīng)考核合格后方可進入本科專業(yè)學習；
4.對華態(tài)度友好，遵紀守法，無犯罪記錄。
(1) Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens who are physically and mentally healthy and are able to manage their study and lives at our university.
(2) Applicants should be high school graduates with a high school (or above) diploma.
(3) For degree programs, applicants should provide certificates of HSK Level 4 with a score of no less than 180. For those who failed to get that score, the applicants should spend a year learning Chinese after they registered with our university. They will begin their degree program only after they have passed the language exam.
(4) Applicants should be friendly to China, law-abiding, and have no criminal record.

4. Online Application Procedures

Online Registration
申請人登錄中國石油大學（北京）克拉瑪依校區(qū)來華留學生在線申請系統(tǒng)（http://cupk.chiwest.cn），注冊賬號后在線提交申請。
Applicants should log in the Online Application System for International Students of China University of Petroleum-Beijing at Karamay（http://cupk.chiwest.cn）, and register an account, fill in the online forms, and submit the applications.
2.提交申請材料
Application Documents Submission
The applicants should upload the following application documents upon registration:
（1）護照首頁
（2）護照簽證頁（有中國旅居史者須提供所有來華簽證頁和中國出入境記錄的掃描件）
（3）高中及以上學歷學位證明原件和中/英文翻譯件（如果尚未畢業(yè)，請?zhí)峁邦A畢業(yè)證明”，并在入學時提交學歷學位證明原件和中/英文翻譯件）
（4）高中成績單原件和中/英文翻譯件
（5）語言水平證明（HSK成績單、其他語言水平證明等，漢語進修生/預科生無需提供）
（6）監(jiān)護人委托證明（僅未滿18歲申請人需要）
（7）無犯罪記錄證明
（8）外國人體格檢查表
（9）當?shù)劂y行開具的資信證明
（10）原學校出具的轉(zhuǎn)學證明
（11）原學校出具的成績單
境外新生須提供:1-9;境內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)學須提供:1-11。
※申請材料為翻譯件的需經(jīng)公證后提交。
※資信證明：自費學生的資信證明總額度需在25000元人民幣以上，要求其本人賬戶存款存入相應金額至少1個月以上，如是他人賬戶，需提供申請人與賬戶所有人關系證明，經(jīng)當?shù)毓C后到當?shù)刂袊v外使領館進行認證后同時提交。

(2) Scanned copies of all China visa pages (For those with a history of travel and residence in China, scanned copies of all visa pages and entry and exit records are required)
(3) High School Diploma and a translated copy in Chinese or English. (If you have not graduated yet, please get in touch with your current school to provide a “certificate” of expected graduation and hand in the High School Diploma and the translated copy in Chinese or English at your enrollment to the university.)
(4) Official transcripts of your grades in high school and translated copies in Chinese or English
(5) Language Proficiency Certificate (HSK transcripts, other language proficiency certificate, etc., not required for Chinese language students and preparatory students)
(6) Guardian Entrustment Certificate (Only for applicants who are under 18 years old)
(7) Non-Criminal Record Certificate
(8) Physical Examination Report
(9) Sponsorship certificate (bank statement of local banks)
(10) Certificate of school transfer provided by your current school
(11) Official transcripts of your grades in your current school
※ Financial support statement: for students who will undertake the total cost of the tuition, boarding and living expenses, they need to provide bank statement/bank saving statement within the last one month with a closing balance that demonstrates the guaranteed amount of over 25,000 RMB. If the account belongs to someone else, a proof of relationship with the applicant should be presented after the proof has been notarized at the applicant’s country and authorized by the Chinese Consulate in that area.
3.面試與筆試
Interview and Exam
通過材料初審的申請者進入面試和筆試環(huán)節(jié)。具體面試和筆試時間、方式以郵件形式通知。
※申請截止日期：2024年6月30日
Applicants will be notified by email the details of their interviews and entry exams if their applications have been approved.
※ Application deadline is June 30, 2024.
五、錄取及報到
5. Admission and Registration
我校根據(jù)面試和筆試結(jié)果，綜合考慮申請者情況，擇優(yōu)錄取。被錄取考生持錄取通知書及所有申請材料原件報到，報到日期以錄取通知書為準。
Students are admitted based on their performance in interviews and exams conducted by our university, and our evaluation of their applications. The admitted students shall register with the originals of Letter of Acceptance and all other application documents. The registration date is explicitly indicated in the Letter of Acceptance.
六、收費標準
6. Fees
1.報名費：400元人民幣/70美元。
2.漢語進修生/預科生學費：15000元人民幣/年。
3.本科生學費：20000元人民幣/年（中文授課）。
4.住宿費：9000元人民幣/年/人（雙人間、獨立衛(wèi)浴）。
5.綜合醫(yī)療保險費：800元人民幣/年。
International students should pay the following fees:
(1) Application fee: 400 RMB or 70 USD.
(2) Tuition for Non-degree programs/Preparatory Chinese language: 15,000 RMB/year.
(3) Undergraduate program: 20,000 RMB/year (instruction language in Chinese).
(4) Accommodation: Twin room with bath: 9000 RMB/year/person.
(5) Insurance: 800 RMB/year.
七、獎學金

學歷生可申請獎學金，符合條件且有意申請獎學金者，在申請系統(tǒng)下載并以中文或英文填寫《來華留學生獎學金申請表》。學歷生漢語預科期間A類獎學金生活補貼按照70%發(fā)放，確認入學為我校本科生后補發(fā)剩余獎學金。
※獎學金實行動態(tài)管理，年度評審合格方可獲得下一年度獎學金。
Excellent international students who seek degrees in CUPK can apply for scholarships, and those who meet the requirements and intend to apply for a scholarship can fill in “The Application Form for Admission (Scholarship) for International Students” in Chinese or English. Scholarship information is provided upon request. Degree students who have been granted Class A scholarship will receive 70% of the living allowance during the preparatory period, and the remaining will be distributed after being confirmed as the undergraduate student in our university.
