Application Requirements 申請(qǐng)條件
1. Basic Requirement 基本條件
In principle, applicants to the Chinese Language Program or Bachelor’s programs should be 18 years old or beyond by the time when the entry visa is applied.
原則上，申請(qǐng)漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目或者本科學(xué)歷項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生必須年滿18周歲，且護(hù)照在有效期以內(nèi)。
Those who are younger than 18 years old have to find a Karamay citizen as his guardian. Relevant procedure is:
未滿18周歲的學(xué)生，必須有克拉瑪依市市民為其提供監(jiān)護(hù)。相關(guān)的程序?yàn)椋?/p>
(1) Ask a Chinese who is a registered resident of Karamy City and is willing to perform as the guardian of the applicant during his/her stay in China until he/she is 18 years old.
在申請(qǐng)者達(dá)到18周歲以前，必須有在克拉瑪依市定居且戶口在當(dāng)?shù)氐氖忻裉峁┍O(jiān)護(hù)。
(2) The student’s parents (or other guardian in his/her home country) write a letter to authorize the guardian. The content of the letter includes parents’ names, the information of the student and his/her guardian in China (name, age, passport number/ ID number, home address, telephone number, etc.).
學(xué)生的家長(zhǎng)（或者他在本國(guó)的其他法定監(jiān)護(hù)人）必須出具書面委托書，委托中方監(jiān)護(hù)人對(duì)申請(qǐng)人進(jìn)行監(jiān)護(hù)。該證明中需明示申請(qǐng)人的父母姓名，中方監(jiān)護(hù)人的具體信息（包括姓名，年齡，護(hù)照號(hào)碼或身份證號(hào)，家庭住址，電話號(hào)碼等。）
(3) The letter of authorization is notarized in a notary public office in the applicant’s home country.
該委托證明需要經(jīng)過(guò)申請(qǐng)人本國(guó)公證機(jī)關(guān)提供公證。
(4) After being notarized, the trust deed must then be taken to the embassy of China in the student’s home country for authentication.
經(jīng)過(guò)公證之后，該委托書須請(qǐng)申請(qǐng)人本國(guó)的中國(guó)大使館提供認(rèn)證。
(5) The guardian in China has to notarize this letter in a notary public office in China and send it to Academic and International Office（contact information is enclosed below ）, and after all required documents are received, the admission letter and JW202 form will be forwarded to successful applicants.
申請(qǐng)人的中方監(jiān)護(hù)人將此委托書提交中國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)毓C機(jī)關(guān)公證，并將其寄送至我校教務(wù)與國(guó)際交流部（聯(lián)系信息附下方）。所有材料提交完整后，我們將寄送錄取通知書和JW202表格給合格的申請(qǐng)者。
2. Language Requirement 申請(qǐng)語(yǔ)言要求
For English teaching programs, English Requirement: TOEFL 80; IELTS 6.0 or above.
英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言授課專業(yè)，英語(yǔ)成績(jī)要求：托福80分，雅思6.0分以上
For Chinese teaching programs, Chinese Requirement: HSK 4 or above
漢語(yǔ)授課專業(yè)，漢語(yǔ)成績(jī)要求：HSK4級(jí)以上
Applicants who have not met the HKS requirement and intend to pursue a degree taught in Chinese should apply to Chinese Language program (the same as preparatory program) first.
申請(qǐng)本科學(xué)歷項(xiàng)目漢語(yǔ)授課的學(xué)生，未滿足漢語(yǔ)成績(jī)要求者，需先在我校申請(qǐng)并通過(guò)漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)(預(yù)科)項(xiàng)目。
3. Academic Background 申請(qǐng)學(xué)業(yè)要求
Applicants of Chinese Language Program or Bachelor’s programs should finish at least 12-year pre-college education. Applicants of Master’s programs are Bachelor degree holders in relevant major. PhD applicants have got a Master degree in relevant major.
申請(qǐng)漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目或本科學(xué)歷項(xiàng)目者，應(yīng)通過(guò)至少12年的基礎(chǔ)教育。申請(qǐng)研究生學(xué)位項(xiàng)目者必須擁有相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科學(xué)士學(xué)位。博士學(xué)位項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)者必須擁有相關(guān)專業(yè)的碩士學(xué)位。
4. Application Check List（in duplicate） 申請(qǐng)材料（均需兩份）
（1） Scanned copy of a valid passport with personal information.
有效護(hù)照的復(fù)印件，需完整顯示個(gè)人信息。
（2） Scanned degree certificates after high school and notarized original certificates are presented at the time of registration.
高中畢業(yè)以來(lái)的所有學(xué)歷、學(xué)位證書的復(fù)印件，來(lái)校報(bào)到時(shí)需攜帶原件。
（3） Scanned official transcripts of higher education and notarized original copies are required at the time of registration.
成績(jī)單的復(fù)印件，并將成績(jī)單進(jìn)行公證，來(lái)校報(bào)到時(shí)需攜帶公證的成績(jī)單原件。
（4） English or Chinese language proficiency test report if applicable at present.
英文或者中文的語(yǔ)言水平證明或成績(jī)單。
